Walls:
If needed, sand and/or smooth uneven substrates with Kiilto cementitious wall levelling compound. Prime dry wall surface prior to waterproofing with Kiilto Keraprimer as per instructions.
Always stir waterproofing membrane before use. Apply Kiilto waterproofing membrane on walls in vertical corners, screw heads, building board and other substrate material joints and junctures. Proceed with Kiilto Nurkkavahvikenauha tape (width in corners 10 cm/20 cm and joints 10 cm) and press the tape onto fresh waterproofing membrane and ensure that it is thoroughly wetted.
Floors:
If needed, sand and/or smooth uneven substrates with Kiilto levelling compound. Prime dry floor surface prior to waterproofing with Kiilto Keraprimer as per instructions.
Always stir waterproofing membrane before use. Apply Kiilto Kerafiber in horizontal corners and pipe inlets, and press Kiilto Nurkkavahvikenauha tape to fresh waterproofing membrane and ensure that it is thoroughly wetted.
