Can be stored in a dry and cool place (+10–20 °C). If stored in an unopened original package at +20 °C, the shelf life is 4 months for 1000 l containers and 6 months for smaller packages.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dust-free. Suitable for nozzle and ribbon application. Apply the adhesive in an even layer one or two-sided. In order to determine the necessary pressing time and ensure the adhesive joint strength, adequate tests are to be carried out before use in full-scale production.
Use safety gloves when using Kestopur 1010 adhesive. Wear a breathing mask if spraying the glue and working in temperature above +40 °C.
Remove fresh adhesive stains with a dry cloth and clean the surfaces with acetone or Kiilto Cleaner 307. Hardened adhesive can be removed only mechanically.
